CDr17 [Catalog # P017]

■ Chemical structure & Information
CDr17 is selective for M1 macrophages over M2 and M0 macrophages. The selective staining mechanism of CDr17 is explained as Gating-Oriented Live-cell Distinction (GOLD) through overexpressed GLUT1 in M1 macrophages. Additionally, CDr17 has been demonstrated to effectively track M1 macrophages in vivo in a rheumatoid arthritis animal model.
